Hello, purity.
Celestoderm is betamethasone, a steroidal drug, intended to topically treat inflammation from such sources as eczema and allergies and psoriasis, acording to the seller's claim, but not to treat eczema itself. Since your physician recommended that you try it, you should at least consider that advice. Bear in mind, though, that eczema is more than inflammation so you may need to address other elements such as bacterial and fungal infections, which Celestoderm does not claim to treat. You may also consult your physician on the possibility of using non-medicinal topicals which may address other aspects of your problem; non-medicinal topicals is an area we may be able to advise you about.
